Open Enrollment Courses Cancellation Policy Registrations cancelled 7 days or more prior to the course date are fully refundable, transferable to another individual or transferable to another course at a later date.  All registrations cancelled less than 7 days prior to the course date are non-refundable but may be transferred to other individuals within the organization for the same course dates only.
