I've been reading Kevin's column in USA Today for years and he's one of those guys that "gets it." Although I haven't read the entire book, everything in it so far seems highly relevant to product management and product marketing. Most of his examples relate to consumer products but the same principles apply to B2B and B2B2C products. He offers some great perspectives on Starbucks and Apple and other paradigm shifts.
