What’s your fulltime job (today)?

Product managers by default are involved with all parts of the business.  But that doesn’t mean product managers should have multiple full time jobs on a regular basis.  It defeats the purpose of having a team to supposedly lead the organization’s product charter.

But the unfortunate reality (not that we recommend it) is product managers will continue to fill multiple roles until the technology sector hits the next growth wave.
